Monaco supports up to four gamers joining forces to steal jewels and other valuables from a variety of well-secured locations. Players can control different types of thieves, each of whom has special abilities (blowing up walls, being able to see through walls with infrared, using chloroform on guards, etc.)

First Ni no Kuni Commercials Look Like This [Clips]

This winter, role-playing game Ni no Kuni will be released on the Nintendo DS. Know what that means? Marketing blitz!

Here are the first ads for the Nintendo DS version, which will be released on December 9 in Japan. The first ad mentions the collaboration between Level-5, the studio behind the Professor Layton games, and Studio Ghibli, the animation house behind movies like My Neighbor Totoro.

The second commercial is a heads up, telling players to pre-order asap so they can get a Ni no Kuni magic book.

The PS3 is also getting a Ni no Kuni game, but that isn't out until 2011.

Let's Look At Damaged Gran Turismo 5 Cars [Gran Turismo 5]

Gran Turismo 5 features car damage — a first for the series. Does developer Polyphony Digital do, dare I say, a bang-up job?

The picture quality isn't great (photos taken off a television screen from a reader's local Best Buy), but they do provide a look at how the game handles car damage.

At August's Gamescom convention in Germany, Kotaku had a chance to check out GT5's car damage.

These latest photos, however, provide what appears to be a more extensive look.
